I’ve never rented a dumpster before, is it hard?
Not at all. We make it simple. You pick a size, we deliver it, you fill it, and we haul it away. If you’re unsure, just text us a photo and we’ll help you choose.
What size dumpster do I need?
Most home projects fit in our 11, 14, or 17 yard dumpsters.
If you’re not sure, send us a picture of your project and we’ll recommend the right size even if we don’t have it.
How fast can you deliver?
We offer fast delivery across North Texas often same-day or next-day depending on availability.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Nope. As long as we know where to place it, we can handle delivery without you being there. this requires photos of placement location.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Our standard rental period is 5 days. Need more time? No problem we offer flexible extensions.
What can I throw away?
You can load most household junk, furniture, construction debris, and yard waste.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Our dumpsters are designed to be driveway-safe, and we take care to place them properly. Most driveways handle them well, but surface condition and weight can vary. If you have concerns, let us know ahead of time and we can review placement options.
Where can the dumpster be placed?
Dumpsters can be placed on pavement, concrete, dirt, or grass as long as the surface is solid.
We offer driveway protection boards upon request for an additional fee to help protect your property. If you decline boards, please be aware that surface conditions and risk may vary; Boss Lady Boxes is not responsible for preexisting damage or for damage resulting from unstable or vulnerable surfaces.
How much space is needed?
Please allow at least 15 feet long by 10 feet wide, about the size of a large pickup truck parking space.
If we arrive and cannot place the dumpster due to access issues, a $150 dry-run fee may apply.
How do we pay?
Payment can be made through our booking or by calling/texting 817-900-BOSS.
Do you require payment upfront?
Yes. Payment is required before delivery.
Can I get a quote before delivery?
Absolutely. You can request a quote online or text/call 817-900-BOSS.
What happens if I fill my dumpster and need another?
No problem. Contact us to schedule a swap-out. Additional charges apply.
What happens if my dumpster exceeds the weight limit?
Each dumpster includes 1 ton (2,000 lbs).
Weight over 2,000 lbs is billed at $0.08 per pound.
Weight is verified using certified landfill scales, and any overage is charged to the payment method on file.
How full can I load the dumpster?
Load materials evenly up to the top edge. Nothing should stick above the top rail.
Am I responsible if the dumpster is damaged?
Normal wear and tear is on us.
Damage caused by misuse, such as overloading, moving the dumpster, or contact with heavy equipment, is the customer’s responsibility.

Will I need a permit?
Private property typically doesn’t require a permit. If you need to place a dumpster on a public street or sidewalk, check with your city, county, or HOA first — rules vary by location.
Some municipalities require that only contracted or licensed companies place containers on public rights-of-way;
if you’re unsure, give us a call and we’ll help clarify the local requirements.
Can I order more than one dumpster?
Yes. As long as there is space available, multiple dumpsters can be delivered.
Who can rent a dumpster?
Anyone can rent a dumpster, including homeowners, renters, businesses, contractors, and property managers.

What items do you remove?
We remove furniture, mattresses, appliances, household junk, yard debris, and most bulky items.
For very heavy or unusual items, just reach out for approval.
Do I need to move items outside?
No — but you can, and it may cost less. Full-service junk removal includes all lifting and hauling by our team. For curbside pickup, items must be placed outside at the curb or driveway before your scheduled pickup time.
How quickly can you come out?
Not all Junk removal is the same. However same-day or next-day service is often available depending on location, amounts, and schedule.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. Clear instructions or photos usually work.
