For your safety and ours, dumpsters must never be loaded above the top rail.
We legally cannot transport any dumpster with materials piled over the top edge. If this happens:
A.A $150 dry run fee will apply.
We’ll gladly return once the materials are brought below the top rail and the load is safe to haul.

Q.How does your dumpster rental service work?
A.Booking is easy:
Choose your dumpster size and schedule delivery online or by phone.
We deliver your dumpster on the scheduled date (8 AM – 8 PM delivery window).
You fill it with approved materials.
Call or text us when you're ready for pickup, or we’ll pick it up automatically at the end of your rental.
We’ll notify you when we’re on the way.

Q.How soon can I get a dumpster delivered?
A.Typically within 24-48 hours, depending on availability and location. Same-day delivery may be possible — just give us a call!
Q.How long can I keep my dumpster rental?
A.Our standard rental is 5 days. Need more time? Just let us know — we offer flexible options.
Q.How much does a dumpster rental cost?

Q.What materials can I put in my dumpster rental?

Why? Some items require special handling, disposal permits, or can't legally go to landfills. We're happy to clarify what's allowed to avoid surprises later.
Q.What happens if I fill my dumpster and need another?
A.Easy! Just call us for a swap-out. Additional charges apply, and we’ll schedule it promptly.
Q.Do I need to be home for delivery?
A.Nope! Just provide clear placement instructions and send us a photo of the drop-off location. We’ll handle the rest.
Q.Will I need a permit?
A.Private Property: Usually no permit required.
Public Property (street/sidewalk): Check with your city, county, or HOA. Regulations vary.
Q.Where can the dumpster be placed?
A.A: Pavement, concrete, dirt, or grass are all fine, provided the surface is solid enough for the dumpster’s weight.
We offer site protection boards at checkout to help protect your property. If waived, we can’t be responsible for any surface damage.
Q. How much space is needed?
A.Please ensure at least 15 feet long by 10 feet wide — about the size of a large pickup truck parking space. The area must be clear and accessible. If we can’t deliver due to access issues, a $150 dry run fee will apply.
Q.What happens if my dumpster exceeds the weight limit?
A.Weight limit: 2,000 lbs. (1 ton)
Any weight over 2,000 lbs. is billed at $0.08 per pound starting at 2,001 lbs.
We verify weight using certified landfill scales.
Additional charges will be applied to your payment method on file.
Q.Am I responsible if the dumpster is damaged?
A.Normal wear and tear? No problem — that’s on us.
Damage from misuse (e.g., hitting it with heavy equipment, overloading, moving it improperly)? That’s on the customer. These units are expensive, and we’d all prefer to avoid repair or replacement charges. Please load carefully, by hand.
Q. Do you require payment upfront?
A.Yes — payment is due on or before delivery.
