Before we ever rolled out our first dumpster, we were already working side-by-side as entrepreneurs. Since the late '90s, we've built a life—and a legacy—around family businesses. Over the years, we’ve taken on many roles: lawn care, jump house rentals, cleaning services, Lozier Gutters, and Lozier Services. Through every venture, one phrase kept popping up: “Well, I need to check with the Boss Lady first...” That’s how the name stuck. Michelle’s always been the heart of our businesses—the organizer, the leader, and the one who keeps us moving forward. So when it came time to launch our roll-off box and junk removal service, the name was already written.
Meet the Boss Lady—Michelle Lozier
Michelle brings years of experience in customer service, but her true talent lies in keeping operations smooth both at home and at work. She’s a proud wife, mom, and business owner who knows how to balance chaos with kindness. When she’s not scheduling dumpsters or running the business, you’ll find her spending time with our daughters, working with her animals, or spoiling our two dogs, Kylo and Annie.
Meet the Operations Guy—Jeremiah Lozier
Jeremiah brings decades of experience in public service, most recently as an Assistant Fire Chief. His expertise in logistics, fleet management, and emergency response translates perfectly into running a safe, efficient, and dependable waste services operation. When he’s not behind the wheel or making deliveries, Jeremiah enjoys spending time with the Boss Lady, tending bees, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, watching sports, and teaching his daughters the value of hard work—whether it’s hauling boxes or pitching in with the dishes.

Both graduated from Tarleton State University with their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and now serve their communities with the same work ethic and compassion we’ve built this company on—Sydney in the ICU and Emma in the Emergency Department. They’ve grown up watching this business grow from the ground up—learning firsthand what it means to serve with pride, purpose, and heart. Even if they’re not behind the wheel (yet), they’ve been part of this journey since day one. Future Boss Ladies (if not already).
